Commissions are for PERSONAL use only and may not be used for Commercial or For-Profit purposes. Commercial Rates are available upon request.

Commissions are only taken in USD over PayPal or Venmo with Buyer Protections.

I have the right to deny any commission inquiry.

As the artist and creator, I retain all rights to any work I produce. This includes the right to post any piece publicly, promotionally, and in my portfolio.

You may not trace, recolor, resell as your own, alter, remove the watermark of, or distort the original piece commissioned in any way.

My art may NOT be used for the promotion of political, hateful, or AI related purposes. Relating anything I create to any of these subjects WILL result in a blacklisting

All pieces must be paid for IN FULL prior to ANY work being done on the Commission

Payment Plans are available for any piece with a total cost of $80 or more. Payment plans include a 50% Deposit up front before starting the piece, and the remaining 50% at an agreed upon point in the process by the Artist and Client. Regardless, the entire piece must be paid for IN FULL prior to the client receiving the finished piece.

You are allowed unlimited revisions during the thumbnail and sketch phase and limited minor alterations during the phases after. Large revisions will incur an additional charge.

In the Event that I am unable to complete your Commission, a refund will be issued.

I have a ZERO tolerance policy for Generative AI of any kind including: AI Generated Reference Images, the use of my work in the training of generative AI, etc.

Commission time frames are unique to each piece but will be agreed to by client prior to paying the deposit.

That you have read and agreed to my Wills and Won'ts (see below)~
